Your mission will…
Be part of a highly engaged team, where you will be able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operative business decisions by…”Driving as PMO global projects, services and initiatives for the Asset & Property Management Service department (AP SER) within Siemens Real Estate;Managing big data and being responsible for providing the service and project owner business analysis deep dives, management-level presentations, quality-cheks and data reporting;Playing a key role in the strategic decision-making process, impacting worldwide projects by creating business case simulations together with the commercial counterpart;Steering consistent and thorough implementation of processes, policies and guidelines, ensuring standardization across regions and programs Acting as a sparring partner to various stakeholders and ensuring effective cooperation across teams and regions;Coordinating the workflow environment and tracking all program related deliveries and respective KPIs;Managing the project reporting lines and supporting the preparation of Project Board meetings as well as meeting minutes to allow transparent communication and decision-making;Collaborating in central activities coordinated by headquarter teams, leveraging standards and know-how across different functions and regions;Implementing PM and PMO guidelines and processes, as well as managing respective functional organizations.We are looking for someone with…
University degree in Business Administration or related fields;Fluent English;Solid MS Office knowledge;Strong analytical mindset and used to big data;Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills;Processes and Detail oriented;Motivation and Resilience;Basic German knowledge and intercultural experiences are a plus.What you can expect from us…
