ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a FT Nurse! The Nurse will provide medication management and medication training and supports (medication education, health education, assessing general health needs, health/wellness training, psychotherapy and service coordination) and to coordinate physical health treatment, and include support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition and wellness to person served.  The Nurse is responsible for providing supportive therapy and other therapeutic interventions as well as other nursing services.  The nurse will be an active participant in the treatment team.  The Nurse will maintain clinical records including daily documentation for medications.

The FT Nurse position is located at our RTFA (Residential Treatment Facility for Adults) located on the South Side.
