Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a NPO Processor in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. In this role, you will be performing crucial functions related to indexing and imaging of bills and invoices in a centralized Accounts Payable environment. Responsibilities: • Manage the indexing of key data fields to prepare invoices for processing • Ensure all transactions adhere to the Company's Accounting Policies & Procedures • Assist in handling vendor inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner • Collaborate with various corporate departments and field operation units in coordinating Accounts Payable transactions • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer applications to maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files • Exhibit strong communication skills to manage vendor relationships effectively • Display high attention to detail in a high-volume work environment to ensure accuracy in data entry • Proactively identify and solve problems to support the group’s objectives • Leverage strong analytical skills to handle complex Accounts Payable tasks.
