This team plays an integral part in overseeing the execution of all podcast ad products from start to finish, which involves critical communications to our Producers & Talent across the network, as well as our Client Service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all campaign assets in service of iHeartMedia’s advertising partners. **What You'll Do:** + Acts as podcast teams’ central point of contact for spot production across all inventory buys on the iHeartPodcast Network + Works as communications funnel for Client Service teams to ensure all creative assets are completed accurately and on schedule. Provides key intel as the main connector between Production, and Client Service teams. + Serves as project manager for internal & external production teams and talent, to help clarify information, oversee timelines for delivery and review all assets for accuracy prior to delivering back to Client Service teams. This includes: + Reviewing all copy and confirming CTA information is included in submission records prior to passing along to production + Communicating with both Client Service teams and Production teams to ensure all parties have the necessary information to hit targets + Tracking all turnaround times and flagging with appropriate parties when timing is off.
