POG Lab Specialist
Job Summary As a POG Lab Specialist, you will be essential in coordinating the setup of all products in our POG Lab. You will assist Vendors & Merchants by scheduling POGs, coordinating product delivery, unloading and placement in correct space assigned. Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory, managing space, product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Duties/Responsibilities + Coordinate fixturing needs with vendors prior to set up + Engage with Vendors, Merchants and Space Planning for overall project coordination via email or phone + Provide floorplan allocation assignment for each Vendor for their set + Accepting freight shipments + Staging freight + Moving product as needed, shipping product out + Moving racking as needed + Transferring product to/from a store + Transferring product from DC + Product write off for store use + Document digitally (take pictures) of every set in the POG Lab + Organize and account for all Fixtures and Signs in the POG Lab + Ensure security within space (controlling vendors stay within their allocated space) + Controlling samples and product storage in back room + Provide detailed information to the Vendors & Merchants on schedule, rules and guidelines of the POG Lab. + Ensure the POG Lab floor and aisles are neat, clean, and organized, removing any hazards or obstacles. + Alert management to potential security or loss prevention issues and assist in maintaining asset protection standards. + Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. + Coordinate Sample Sale if needed + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to listen actively and respond to customer needs. + Proven sales and customer service abilities. + Familiarity with merchandise. + Point-of-sale systems; ability to learn new systems quickly. + Strong attention to detail and effective time management. Education and Experience + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous boating and/or retail experience preferred. Physical Requirements + Continuous standing and walking throughout the retail space. + Ability to wear and communicate through a headset continuously. + Frequent climbing, bending, stooping, and twisting. + Occasionally operate equipment, including forklifts. + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height unassisted frequently.
