THE JOB

The primary function of a Poker Floor Supervisor is to attend to the needs of players and guests as necessary. The Poker Floor Supervisor is the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting listSeat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocolUtilize all aspects of the Bravo Poker softwareStay informed about all Poker Division activities and eventsInput all player information into the database system and issue MGM Rewards cardsWork with tournament registration

THE REQUIRED

High School Diploma, GED or equivalentPrior Relevant Poker, any cash handling, or hotel/resort/casino related experienceAge 21+Gaming Card

Knowledge of PokerExperience in a cash handling position
