THE JOB:

The part-time Poker Guest Representative's primary responsibility is to greet guests as they enter the Poker Room. You will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.75 an hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Engage and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and outgoing mannerEfficiently process monetary transactions and exchanges with guestsAssist with the registration and payout of poker tournamentsKeep and run  the players list for all gamesProvide a high level of service when interacting with guests using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Takes pride in their workPerforms well under pressureExhibits 1+ years of high-volume cash-handling experienceEnjoys helping others and likes to make a good impressionMust be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming LicenseExcels in counting and handling high volumes of money with exceptional skill
