THE JOB:

As a Poker Room Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests as they enter the poker room, keep, and run the players list for all games, and starts and maintains games. The Poker Room Host may also assist dealers in maintaining tables to ensure efficient operations. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE STARTING RATE: $18.50 per hour

THE SCHEDULE: Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Schedules are subject to change.

Day Shift – Start time may be between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Swing Shift – Start time may be between 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Responsible for the placement of guests into gamesDevelop customer relations and facilitate usage of the MGM Rewards card.Get players checks and maintain poker table banks to ensure efficient operation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Having one (1) year of front-facing customer service experience is a plus.Has excellent communication skills.Embodies a positive attitude and professionalism.Has passion for service and will go above and beyond.Thrives in a team environment.Adaptable to new challenges.

Pay Range:

The starting rate for this role is:

$18.50

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
