Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Poker Room Shift Manager to join our team at Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Supervise the operation, conduct, and game security of a specified number of table games while promoting a positive experience. Ensure compliance with state gaming regulations along with company objectives, procedures, and internal controls. Coordinate scheduling of supervisors and dealers to ensure appropriate staffing within the assigned pit or assigned games. Oversee fills and credits required during the operation of supervised games. Train team members; plan and assign work areas, appraise performance, initiate employee commendations and discipline, address and resolve guest and employee concerns and complaints. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility. More about you At least 4 years of full-time gaming floor supervisory experience, including time as Assistant Floor or Dual Rate. Supervisory experience in several types of table games. Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license. Effective oral and written communications skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No degree required. Physical requirements Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity to lean and bend at the waist or neck; frequent upper and lower arm reaching.
