**Job Title: Pole Frame Carpenter** **Job Description** The candidate must be open to both local work and traveling Monday-Friday within ND, SD, and MN. They will be helping to build Pole Frame storage and shouses for customers both large and small. Tasks include digging and installing footings, framing walls and roof structures, installing windows, entry and other doors and door openings, installing various siding and roofing materials including hi-rib steel, shingles, wood and other siding materials, and mortarless masonry units, finishing with metal and wood trims. **Responsibilities** + Dig and install footings + Frame walls and roof structures + Install windows, entry doors, and other door openings + Install various siding and roofing materials including hi-rib steel, shingles, wood, and other siding materials + Finish with metal and wood trims + Work from the ground or power man lift, adhering to safety standards **Essential Skills** + Basic construction knowledge + Experience with hand and power tools + Ability to work in various weather conditions + Strong attention to safety practices **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferably 6 months or more of previous construction experience + Open to candidates with general labor experience + Must have basic tools including a tool belt, tape measure, hammer, and other basic hand tools **Why Work Here?** The company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for both local and travel assignments.
