Responsibilities:

Supervise and support police officers in their duties to maintain public safety and order.Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of team performance.Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities.Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and community organizations.Enforce laws and regulations effectively and ethically.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid North Carolina police officer certification.Completion of Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET).Previous experience in law enforcement; supervisory experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professionalism.
