Job Overview: As a Policy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing the agile release management lifecycle, ensuring the smooth coordination and management of releases across enterprise websites. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining and tracking Agile development schedules, defining acceptance criteria for each story, and collaborating closely with government stakeholders to manage customer expectations effectively. Additionally, you will lead client software releases, conduct release readiness reviews, and translate user requirements into technical specifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

Duties:

Execute the agile release management lifecycleMaintain and track Agile development scheduleLead client software releases leveraging Agile processesDefine acceptance criteria and decompose customer requestsManage customer expectations and collaborate with stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate risksConduct release readiness reviews and milestone reviewsTranslate user requirements into technical specificationsMaintain release schedule and program road mapReview test cases against acceptance criteriaAssist in maintaining configuration management of product backlog Qualifications

Required:

Experience in Agile Release ManagementApplication of Agile software practices or software development lifecycleLeading teams handling customer feedback and developing documentationCertification in Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certification

 

Desired:

Experience working with Microsoft SharePointExperience working with Redmine and JIRA applications
