**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a Policy Analyst to support our government customer at Reston, VA and Patrick Space Force Base, FL. This analyst will be working in a classified environment and will understand and improve the judgement and decision making of individuals, groups, and organizations, apply principles of psychology to business, analytic, and other decision-making processes to improve and/or empirically evaluate those processes. Other activities may include: + Assisting in policy planning, workflow procedures testing and evaluation + Analytic workflow redesign, and training and development + Working with management to prescribe workflow modifications that improve worker productivity and analytic judgement. \#EKS01 **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Mid-level: Bachelor s degree in a related business area with 8 years of policy analysis experience with related experience within the last 2 years, or 10 years of experience + Senior: Master s degree in a related business area with 12 years of policy analysis experience with related experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor s degree with 17 years of experience + Expert: Master s degree in a related business area with 20 years of policy analysis experience with related experience within the last 2 years + Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. + Prior military or government analytical experience **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., U.S. Army OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101). + Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
