Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Operates as the technical expert for specified software functionality for the Avera System and serves as a resource to Site Administrators at Avera Owned, Managed and Leased Facilities as well as Independent partners using the system within the Avera Library structure. Educates on system functionality - offers the ability to view and share policies and procedures across the Avera footprint; tracking, approval, assigning and archiving features support the management of policies and procedures. Communicates with other Avera Entities and departments as necessary to ensure all team members in Avera are aware of topics relevant to their locations. **What you will do** + Serve as a resource for PolicyStat Site Administrators, Avera Entities and departments to include training, trouble shooting and ongoing support. + Manage communication to employees on these systems including education, changes to process or technology changes. + Ensure all policies enacted by Avera entities have the required due diligence, following the necessary review and approval process. + Works closely with the Avera PolicyStat content expert(s) to develop and follow policy standardization processes and communication. + Works with policy system implementation and operations teams to manage user accounts and permissions of users of the Avera policy software. + Works with end-users of the Avera policy system (Site Administrators and content experts) to understand the policy development and approval process, policy system supports for policy tracking, as well as maintenance and reporting. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
