Ability to understand the objective and the purpose of various policies in the Bank.  Finding the gaps where policies are required but are not present. Recommending improvements in the overall policy management framework of the Bank.   Review of framework to ensure that the policies are updated Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address medium and key risk indicators post reviews. 

Reporting

Implementation of the directions of the Board Level Committees

Ability to draft and present notes for the management Ability to work cordially with cross functional teams
