Policy Servicing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Insurance Policy Servicing Team. This role is critical in ensuring that our policy servicing operations are efficient, customer-focused, and aligned with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations, process improvement, and team leadership.

This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy servicing processes with overall business objectives..Oversee and guide the insurance policy servicing team of approximately 60 members, offering direction, coaching, and support to drive high performance.Create and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the relevant processes, with a primary emphasis on standardizing procedures.Lead the planning, execution, and management of centralization initiatives. Develop a strategic roadmap for centralization efforts, aligning with overall business objectives and priorities. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for centralization and resource optimizationSupervise day to day activities to ensure consistency, quality and accuracy of work being completed.Continuously identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiencies as well as participate, monitor and/or oversee the initiatives.Provide support to the team leaders on a day-to-day basis to ensure the team meets service levels, measure and analyze team productivity, manage and prioritize the team’s workload to ensure high quality outcomes.Generate reports, and participate in reactive audits.Lead and/or participate in stakeholder engagement sessions and work in partnership with client teams to improve the client experience.Have the ability to work and adjust in a fast pace and changing environment as needed in order to support the needs of the business.Maintain adequate staffing and build talent bench strength.Actively engage in the overall on-boarding process including interviews of new hires through the time colleagues are fully integrated into production.Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards.

What you need to have:

Strong Communication Skills both verbally and written.  You’ll need the ability to effectively write, create and present information to groups of managers, leaders and colleagues throughout Marsh.  As well as the ability to deliver hard conversations within your team.Good organization and time management skills to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, PowerPoint and Outlook.Strong Supervisor Skills.  As a supervisor, you not only need to support with management of the day to day functions but also have the ability to coach, mentor and develop the team you are supervising.
