What We Offer: $17.00 per hour First Shift 8-hour shift What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED equivalent required Prior experience in sheet metal polishing is required Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work and precision Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds Capable of standing, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout an 8-hour shift What You’ll Do as a Metal Finisher – Polishing: Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing of metal or steel components to remove excess material and surface imperfections Select appropriate belts or wheels based on specified grain size, material type, and desired finish Inspect and assess metal surfaces to identify defects, including dents, scratches, or cracks Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality visual standards for finished parts
