**Machine Operator - Franklin Park, IL** **1st shift** **$18/hr** **Job Description** We are looking for a Machine Operator to efficiently operate and maintain automatic polishing and degreasing machines. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing production reports. **Responsibilities** + Operate automatic polishing machine by loading and unloading parts. + Clean the machine at the end of each shift. + Notify the supervisor of any operational issues. + Prepare production reports as required. + Keep the area clear of congestion. + Remove, stack, and return empty containers to the proper set-down area. + Operate automatic degreasing machine. + Load parts in predetermined weight and activate the machine. + Remove parts and place them into containers. + Adjust machine wheel feeds from outside. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ years of experience in polishing and deburring. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous manufacturing experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a large, well-diverse company with a spacious and well-lit facility.
