Location: Marsh Middle East

About the Role: Marsh Middle East is seeking an experienced Political Risk and Structured Credit (PRSC) Leader to oversee our PRSC practice across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving business strategy, managing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals in delivering innovative risk solutions.

As the PRSC Leader, you will act as the key subject matter expert, advising clients on complex risk management strategies while collaborating with global colleagues and market stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of PRSC solutions in the region while fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the PRSC strategy for the MENA region, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring alignment with global best practices.

Oversee the PRSC portfolio, designing tailored insurance solutions for new and existing clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, managing relationships and ensuring client retention at the highest standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance markets to ensure competitive pricing and optimal structuring of solutions.

Stay ahead of global political and economic trends, assessing their impact on PRSC and advising clients accordingly.

Provide strategic insights and contribute to top-level decision-making, reporting on market conditions and practice performance to regional and global leadership.

Mentor, develop, and empower the PRSC team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the insurance placement process.

What We Are Looking For:

10–12 years of experience in political risk and structured credit insurance, ideally from a boutique firm or specialized brokerage.

Strong technical expertise in PRSC with a deep understanding of global and regional market trends.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams, build confidence, and create an environment that supports professional growth.

A strategic thinker with excellent client management skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients.

Strong stakeholder management, working closely with internal teams and global colleagues to drive business success.

Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the MENA region are a plus.
