The Polymer Engineer will work on:

Developing and measuring standard metrics Diagramming the flow, including inputs and outputs, of the business process Identifying opportunities for improvement Developing a project plan for implementing improvements and monitoring the new process to ensure it works as intended \n Junior or senior enrolled in a Polymer Engineering or Manufacturing Technology degree program at an accredited college or university Computer Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Detail oriented, organized individual able to handle multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team Excellent analytical and proven problem-solving skills Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn \n Hands-on experience working with and learning from cross functional leadership Exposure to a multi-billion dollar, fast-paced manufacturing company that places an emphasis on sustainability initiatives Develop key skills through Intern Events focused on your growth and development – focus on networking, resume writing/interview preparation, and guidance on creating and delivering presentations This is a paid internship
