Qualifications and requirements
Minimum Education
Completion of a sleep lab training program preferredRequired Licenses
Current Respiratory Therapist Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky preferredCurrent Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) required
Additional requirements include:
Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of hire dateRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actionLanguage skills - Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
