JR63515 POM STRATEGIC PLANNER

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage sample demand entry from various customers and ensures completeness, data quality, and viability of request dates.Ensures product master data, silicon, materials, and capacity is planned and ready for product kitting by Tactical Planners at build start time.Works with Tactical Planners to ensure manufacturing commits are provided and updated in the demand management system.Monitor performance to plan and report status.Manage mitigation and prioritization of misses.Communication with PDT and Management.Ensures NPI to HVM handoffs are successful.

Excellent oral and written communication skillsProven problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to influence others using a variety of approaches with or without position powerDemonstrated ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groupsDecision making skills using data analysis techniquesDemonstrated ability to communicate well with peers and senior leadersDemonstrate exceptional analytical skills and tool experience (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, Tableau etc.)Ability to work with global multi-cultural teamsAbility to work independently without supervisionComfort in dealing with ambiguity.

EDUCATION:

Master or degree in a relevant discipline such as:  Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PLM will be an advantageProgram/Project Management, or Engineering is preferred.
