A Pool & Beach/ Activities Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ensures guest satisfaction by delivering product quality and consistency and executing excellence through the entire guest experience. Give personalized guest service and connect emotionally to guests.

What will I be doing?
As a Pool & Beach/ Activities Attendant, you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nGreet guests and attend to their pool and beach related needs including, but not limited to, getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment, etc.\nClean the pool and beach area including, but not limited to, ashtrays, furniture, tables, decks, pool tiles, shower tiles, slide tiles, rocks and cabanas\nCollect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory to minimize loss\nMaintain equipment including, but not limited to, umbrellas, speakers, rafts, pool and beach toys, etc.\nMonitor use of the facility and address and/or report potential hazards\nRespond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nPerform general Recreation duties, as needed\nGreets guests upon arrival at activity\nThanks guests for attending activity\nCollects Activity vouchers when necessary\nEnsures that all guests are given attention during the activity\nHands out Comment Cards to participants so that we may know what their comments about the activity are\nThanks the guests again for attending the activity. \n What are we looking for?
