Key Responsibilities:

Enforcement of Pool Rules: Monitor pool area to ensure all patrons adhere to established pool rules and regulations.

Educate Patrons: Provide clear and friendly communication to patrons regarding pool rules, safety guidelines, and facility policies.

Promote Safety: Maintain a vigilant presence to prevent unsafe behavior in and around the pool area, intervening when necessary to enforce rules and prevent accidents.

Address Rule Violations: Diplomatically address any rule violations with patrons, reminding them of the importance of safety and adherence to facility policies.

Maintain Order: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while enforcing rules and managing any conflicts or disturbances that may arise.

Report Incidents: Document any incidents, accidents, or rule violations accurately and promptly, and report them to appropriate management personnel.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with patrons. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and composed in potentially stressful situations. Basic knowledge of pool safety and rules preferred. Prior experience in a customer service or similar role is an asset.
