Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.      Key Responsibilities: Oversea the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests. Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.  Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience. Qualifications:  2 year experience as a Supervisor in Hospitality. CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire). Strong Ability to lead, empower and motivate the team.
