THE JOB:

As a Pool Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Welcome guests to the Moorea Beach Club and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, assisting with seating, cabanas or general pool information

Respond to and resolve guest complaints and exceed guest expectations

Maintain the appearance of the pool deck

Participate in pool safety programs and ensure overall guest safety
 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Must be at least 21 years of age

Previous experience working in a pool environment preferred

Strong customer service skills

Open availability and can work varied on-call shifts including weekends and holidays

Effectively work in extreme weather conditions. i.e., heat, rain, wind, dust storms

Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
