Adheres to all pool safety standards, including safety procedures for adverse weather conditionsKnows the location and contents of First Aid KitGreets guests arriving at the poolProvides towels to guests, escorts them to chairs, and sets up towels on chairsProvides information about pool food and beverage service and offers menusPromptly communicates food and beverage service requests to pool Food and Beverage ServersProvides chilled towels and water spray bottles/ spritzing per Loews Hotels standardsKnowledgeable and able to communicate all hotel Recreation offeringsLoans recreational items and equipmentSets up, refreshes, and tears down cabanasAssists in set-up and tear down for poolside functionsCleans, maintains, and positions pool furniturePicks up trash and dirty towels and repositions chairs throughout shiftApplies excellent guest relations skills when interacting with guestsPerforms all duties in a timely and professional mannerTurns in lost and found items throughout shift according to hotel proceduresMonitors and maintains appropriate inventory of pool towels throughout shift, obtaining clean towels from the laundry and returning dirty towelsAttends all department meetings as scheduledOther duties as assignedGeneral

High School diploma or equivalentOne plus years experience as Food Service in quality food service/hotel operationThorough knowledge of quality food service techniques and standardsExceptional guest service attitude and abilitiesAbility to lift and carry food service trays weighting 35+ poundsAbility to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
