City Las Vegas State NV Shift Varies Type of Shift Seasonal Department Food & Beverage Pool Beverage Server The Strat (Las Vegas, NV) Description: Summary: Provides timely beverage and food service in a friendly and courteous manner at the assigned areas, including poolside and cabanas. Keep assigned areas clean and empty of glasses, cups, bottles, and dishes, while constantly look for service opportunities and follow all Stratosphere safety and operating procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Present menus, suggest cocktails/cold beer/non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers and specials and then to serve food and beverages efficiently and in a timely manner. + Greet guests and provide excellent service throughout their visit to ensure all guests' needs are met. + Total the bill, check bills for accuracy and obtain payment from the guest. + Set-up, maintain and close work stations in an efficient, clean and timely manner. + Assists in setting up tables, booths and/or cabanas, including tableware and condiments. + Ensures tables, cabanas and poolside areas are kept clean and cleared of all unnecessary items. + Performs other duties as assigned.
