Fargo Country Club is looking for a part-time Pool Kitchen Cook!
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour BOE
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to club recipes and standards. Assist with food prep such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including grills, fryers, prep stations, and storage areas. Ensure all food is cooked and presented correctly with attention to quality and appearance. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food. Stock and restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep service running smoothly. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy pool hours. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Perform cleaning duties such as washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness. Engage with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner if needed at the poolside window. Qualifications: Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Team player who communicates well and works well with others. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification a plus). Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in warm conditions.
