THE JOB: 

As a Retail Stock Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, providing seamless checkouts, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $18

THE SCHEDULE: On Call

Pool Hours of Operation

Mon - Sun: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Audit, inspect, and organize merchandise upon delivery, ensuring timely transport to retail stores and storage areas

Prepare store-to-store transfers and vendor returns accurately using provided forms

Coordinate with Retail Leadership, and Vendors to effectively communicate inventory and supply needs

Support the preparation and execution of physical inventory and cycle counts

Assist sales associates in addressing guest needs, adhering to the company’s S.H.O.W. guest service standards

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment by maintaining visual merchandising standards, product replenishment, and general upkeep

Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Currently holds or is able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card

Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent 

Has a flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Has the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions

Has prior experience in a retail sales environment

Polished appearance and presentability

Bilingual
