Job Overview:
The pool rover position works independently, and without direct supervision. The position will be responsible for up-keep of pools on assigned route. All pools are located within home-owner communities, making them the pride and joy of the residents. It’s our job to deliver excellent service, and it starts with you!
Your Responsibilities:

Handling and dosing of all chemicals needed for proper functioning of pools. Daily cleaning of swimming pools; vacuum, skim, brush, etc. Responsible for keeping inventory of chemicals and supplies. Cleaning/organizing pump rooms and pool decks. Upkeep of restrooms; cleaning, restocking supplies, etc. Reporting any problems that you are unable to fix. Accurately logging detailed notes of daily procedures done at a pool. Must wear pool safety equipment at all times. Friendly, personable and social with residents. Effective and efficient with time, work quality, and final product. Consistently produce high quality work. Ability to work as a team member. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities:
Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct. Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies. May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work. Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management. Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills. Problem solving skills. Flexible and good time management. Maintains professionalism – courteous, polite, etc. Honorable and trustworthy. Reliable personal vehicle, preferably a truck (compensated for drive time/mileage). General or light tools (some mechanical inclination recommended).
Work Environment:

Ability to lift 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures. Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time. Enjoy the outdoors and to work in different environmental conditions (e.g. heat, wind, rain). Walk and climb stairs; Driving when necessary; repeat various motions with wrists, hands and arms.
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
