SUMMARY:Create and operationally execute initiatives that set the appropriate scene in the pool areas of the
hotel and restaurant both day and night.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create an exceptional experience at the pool by providing superior customer service.
• Maintain the pool area by keeping clean, organized and stocked at all times.
• Ensure all chairs are clean and in orderly fashion.
• Maintain entire pool area replacing any missing items and/or repairing (when possible) any
items needing attention.
• The position assists in programming the pool areas for the senses: sight, sound, smell,
touch, taste.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE WE'RE SEEKING:
• Excellent customer service skills and detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be creative, willing to experiment and value relationships and understand how they
impact the success of the property.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma is preferred. 1 year of experience in customer
service or similar role.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally
with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult
situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to
bend, crouch, kneel, reach, twist, stretch, push, pull, stand, see, and hear. The employee is
frequently required to squat, handle (hold, grasp, turn, or otherwise work with the hand or hands),
finger (picking, pinching, fine manipulation), walk, and speak. The employee is occasionally
required to lift and/or move 10-25lbs and minimally move up to 50lbs.
Mental Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to
produce detailed work, use verbal communication, have customer contact, and handle multiple
concurrent tasks. The employee is occasionally required to use reasoning skills and handle
constant interruptions. The employee is minimally required to use math and written
communication.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be moderately
exposed to dampness and occasionally exposed to heat, odor, fumes, dirt, noise, vibrations, and
use of tools/equipment.
