About the location:

It’s all set against the Miami skyline overlooking the city’s fashionable art, dining, and entertainment scenes just minutes from our doorstep.Essential Functions:
Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones.Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.Take food and drink orders, and clear necessary items.Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.Complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and have all tables and chairs set according to standard.Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary, all pool deck equipment.Utilize the hotel's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.Handle any guest inconvenience or complaint swiftly, with a smile and to the satisfaction of the guest, informing management of the situation and how you resolved it.Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.Ability to recognize and address potential intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests.Restock the fridges accordingly to business and deep clean fridges monthly.Ensure that service cabana is fully stocked and prepared for business – including condiments, cups, napkins, etc.)Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Minimum Requirement:
Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
Requires proficiency in the English language.
Minimum 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
Must have a strong F&B knowledge.
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
