Ensuring a high-level customer engagement, maintains and coaches program guidelines, systems and processes necessary for a successful engagement. Responsible for mentorship, training and working with leadership as needed. Professional Services programs include, but are not limited to, furniture guidelines management, post occupancy related projects, regional alignment, FF&E planning-sourcing-logistics. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and flexibility.Team Leadership
Provide peer-to-peer coaching within the POP PM teamLead a team of project managers to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and deliverablesIdentify and escalate risks that may impact project delivery, and develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactivelyCollaborate with POP Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and resource allocationConduct regular project status reviews to help Project Managers that updates, address issues, and drive accountability within the team.Point person for training incoming Project ManagersSystems, business processes, customer communicationsRaises long-term concerns to supervisory teamInvolving any of the above, or other concerns as neededAssist with developing and implementing improved project management processes, standards, and best practices to improve project performance and efficiencyKnowledge of scope and current processes (possible marriage with Assigner)Knowledge of business practice as volumes scale, raising suggestions to Supervisory team if processes need improvements or updates are needed to existing workflowsThis role will be limited to the Customer Queue PC Team, not extending into Scheduling, Onboards, Moves or SecurityAttend and contribute to leadership meetingsSkills and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree (or additional experience in lieu of education)1-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceComputer SkillsHigh degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.Demonstrated ability in MS Project or similar project management softwareCompetencies:Directs Work: Provides clear direction and accountabilities.
