The Population Health Specialist is a required GME position that is critical to the ongoing accreditation of the Family Medicine Residency Program through ensuring compliance with accrediting body (ACGME). This position is the foundation for Family Medicine Resident education and a platform to address health needs in the community where the practice is located. Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in business administration, nursing, or related field for a regionally accredited institution.
EXPERIENCE:Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office along with database software experience, Quest, Sharepoint, DropBox. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. Experience working in an ambulatory setting. Manage the empanelment for Residents, PGY 1, 2 and 3. Assign, review and monitor patient panels. Complete Primary Care Provider validation. Monitor diagnostic utilization rates and report data to Family Medicine practice are teams.

Immunization Immunization Requirements It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption.
