Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Pitram Coordinator at our Carlin operations.    The successful candidate is responsible for managing and support of the Pitram System and dispatch personnel

Responsibilities:

 Manage and support the PitRAM system and personnel

Maintain the PitRAM master data Conduct daily audits to ensure data is accurate Assist in building custom reports Manage interfaces between database systems related to PitRAM Provide administration and data collection duties along with providing key information to operational departments Coordinate Emergency Response training, and assist in investigations Interact with vendors Supervise and provide training to personnel General duties associated with accurate communications and administration Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Experience in underground mining operations, with knowledge of daily mine workings and emergency procedures or previous operation control room exposure required A strong commitment to safety and demonstrated positive attendance required An ability to work effectively during high demand situations and possess strong organizational skills required Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required Good computer literacy skills preferred A highly consultative approach with other departments and contractors preferred
