Customer Support Services provides a variety of diverse services to clients in both the clinical and non-clinical areas of Hamilton Health Sciences as well external clients. The program was designed to serve an integrator function among support services. 1. Grade 12 (preferred)
2. Oral and written English ability
3. Ability to identify and respond to priorities
4. Ability to understand and follow directions
5. Ability to adjust to handling of highs and lows in providing services
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to operate tow motor, where applicable
8. Ability to operate delivery equipment
9. Ability to push, pull and lift heavy equipment and stand constantly
10. Ability to lift 25 pounds (linen)
11. Ability to move patients
