**Job Title: Porter** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and dependable Porter to maintain the cleanliness and organization of exterior areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that walkways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas are clean and tidy. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and manage their time effectively. **Responsibilities** + Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas as assigned. + Empty trash receptacles. + Wipe down door handles, frames, and trash receptacle lids. + Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises, including parking lots and landscaping. + Perform other exterior cleaning tasks as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. + Must have a valid driver's license. + Must have your own reliable transportation that is properly registered and insured (you will need a vehicle to drive between a few properties each shift). + Must have a track record of being dependable. + Capable of working independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience + Cleaning and janitorial duties experience + Experience with industrial cleaning and power tools + Custodial and housekeeping experience + Experience with construction and hand tools **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment where you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, around 30 hours per week, depending on the properties at the time. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
