We're hiring a Porter! The Porter is responsible for supporting the bakery production process by making sure that the production line is clean and maintains an appropriate level of stock during production. Other duties will include:
Breakdown and sanitation of production equipmentDaily and downtime sanitationUse approved chemicals to sanitize areasUse high pressure and high-volume water hoses to clean surfacesFollow company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing PracticesKeeping and maintaining re-stock production stations with ingredients necessary for processing (Chocolate, glaze, sprinkles, and icing)Receiving supply truck a few times a week and putting away product/goods- with FIFO system in placePerforming daily temperature checks in coolers, freezers as neededDaily stocking of products/goodsDeliver donuts to other local location(s)- ability to drive van with a valid DLThe work conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
