Full time Porter / Maintenance Technician opening at Heritage Harbour.

\n

Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with some weekend hours.

\n

\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n

\n\nPunch in, Check calendar for today’s setups. Print setups.\nCheck front walk. Blow leaves/debris, Check for ice patches. Empty ashtray. Seasonal duties.\nCheck restrooms / locker rooms for any thing out of the normal and supplies.\nDust mop activities room and Auditorium.\nClean tables and organize chairs.\nVacuum carpeted areas, trash and recycling removal from all rooms.\nChange light bulbs and report when ballast are out.\nPressure washing pool and outdoor areas and indoor locker rooms.\nSetup for resident events, stacking chairs, setting tables and ping pong tables.\nFollowing room setup forms and complete setups on time.\nWatching inventory and checking stock of cleaning supplies.\nGeneral cleaning in bathrooms and mopping areas as needed.\nCleaning and restocking woodshop cleaning supplies.\nKeeping maintenance room clean and organized.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n2+ years of related porter / maintenance experience.\nCustomer service driven, team oriented.\nProfessional customer service skills.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n
