RESPONSIBILITIES
New Deal Underwritings:
Support lead underwriters on deal diligenceDevelop due diligence request listsReview data room materialsHelp to prepare internal credit approval memos and present deals to credit committeeAssist in loan closing processPortfolio Management for Existing Borrowers:
Review and verify requests for borrowing, ensuring accuracy of request certificates and compliance with all applicable covenantsReview quarterly compliance certificates to ensure they are being completed accurately by the borrowerReview and analyze borrowers’ regularly submitted financial statements to monitor performanceEnsure appropriate borrower risk rating and process internal ratings upgrades/downgrades when appropriateMaintain borrower credit files and financial data / covenant compliance in SageworksPrepare internal quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual review memosPresent internal portfolio review memos to senior credit executives at annual review meetingsWork with original underwriting deal team to prepare and execute all amendments, waivers, and requests for extensions for existing borrowersThe estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 USD to $95,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
