Portfolio Analyst, Portfolio Analytics Job ID 199398 Posted 16-Jan-2025 Service line REI Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Investment Management Location(s) Radnor - Pennsylvania - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Portfolio Management Analyst, you will assist Portfolio Managers with managing small to medium accounts and fund portfolios. This job is part of the Portfolio Management job function. They are responsible for managing portfolios comprised of different classes of assets. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist in executing due diligence of transactions as well as monitoring and forecasting investments. + Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution for client, sponsor, and internal partners. + Interpret deal documents, including joint venture agreements and monitor compliance. Provide findings to team for review. + Conduct research and financial evaluation of commercial real estate properties and portfolios. Assist with data compilation for client decisions. + Help with preliminary screens of investment opportunities that will allow the team to create financial models for investments, marketing materials, and investment memos. + Monitor investments and meet with management regularly to provide fund research notes and update fund models. + Help create client investment plans and maintain target portfolio spreadsheets. + Coordinate with managers to collect questionnaire data and input it correctly into the system. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information asks questions and check for understanding. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills.
