Portfolio Architect 2- Missionary Work

The primary responsibility of the Portfolio Architect 2: Missionary Work is to collaborate with solution teams within the Missionary Work IT Portfolio to design solutions that satisfy customer expectations and that are consistent with organizational standards. As a strategic and tactical expert in cross-solution architecture, this position advises portfolio and Missionary Department leadership on technology-related issues. In the role’s specific leadership for missionary work, the successful candidate will propose, evaluate, and shepherd enterprise-scale architectures and systems for supporting missionary work globally. Leadership will particularly impact data architecture ecosystems and solutions, and help drive excellent migrations of legacy applications to cloud platforms and environments. Advising the implementation of “green-field” cloud-native solutions will also be a critical function of the role. This professional, principal position is part of a community of Portfolio Architects, led by the Enterprise Architecture team, who share best practices, collaborate on common technology needs and recommend organizational standards.
