Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for PDNSW and associated client agencies, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Proactively manage escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their unique needs.
Collaborate with the internal account team to deliver tailored portfolio management services.
Drive client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Experience:
Proven experience in customer-centric roles focused on managing client expectation and resolving complex issues.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
