Portfolio Development Executive for Capital & Polarion
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design,simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.Key Responsibilities:  Plan, orchestrate and execute the Go-to-Market activities of Siemens Capital & Polarion products in China  Responsible for long term business strategy of Capital & Polarion related solutions in assigned accounts  Define key opportunities in focused accounts, align with Pre-Sales, Service and Division team to identify Siemens solutions and strategy to win the business.  Experience in developing business plans, track and monitor the progress around the pipeline and business targets  Grow the environment and eco system (e.g., Expert partners) of Siemens partners specialized on Capital & Polarion, define success matrix  Identify synergies with other Siemens BU, and work with other teams to define and execute a set of joint activities  Support of the marketing team in the planning and implementation of customer or event specific campaigns  Collect and provide feedback and specific inputs to product management, development, leadership to help shape the Greater China product strategy and roadmap  Have a good understanding of the competitive solutions in the market  Work with Sales, Pre-Sales and Services to support focused sales cycles from RFQ through proposal, Proof of Concept, Sales, Deployment and follow up opportunity’s developmentQualifications: Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Sales, Engineering or Technical for EE and SW related activities  Bachelor or similar Business Qualification.  Familiar with Automotive EE and SW development process and standard such as AUTOSAR,ISO26262, ASpice , CMMi, Cybersecurity  5+ years of sales or product management experience on EE and SW related solution  5+ EE and SW project experience on customer-facing sales or business development function  Familiarly with Capital & Polarion product will be plus
