Responsible for portfolio analytics, credit, and offer strategies across all of the US Credit Card DivisionAnalyze and interpret large data sources to provide market insightsDevelop statistical-based marketing strategies, based on this data, for credit card servicesOwn Spend Engagement and Marketing Analytics for Airline Partner including Spend Campaign designing, P&L impact sizing, testing, and implementing by collaborating with internal and external partners.Provide data analytic support on portfolio insights as well as strategy development for the existing customer card program.Analyze customer behaviors, trends, profiles, and any other data sources available in support of the partners’ businessGenerate insightful statistical analysis to drive recommendations to help the partner improve their business.Forecast sales and revenue based on statistical data.Review profitability Key Performance Indicators to understand root causes of areas of focus around wallet share growth and profitability.Interact with a cross-functional team including the external partnersEvaluate the performance against previous strategies and develop improvement strategies.May telecommute

Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $160,140/year

Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $176,154/year

Purpose of the role

To use innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from the bank's data reserves, leveraging these insights to inform strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organisation. 

Accountabilities

Identification, collection, extraction of data from various sources, including internal and external sources.Performing data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation to ensure its quality and suitability for analysis.Development and maintenance of efficient data pipelines for automated data acquisition and processing.Design and conduct of statistical and machine learning models to analyse patterns, trends, and relationships in the data.Development and implementation of predictive models to forecast future outcomes and identify potential risks and opportunities.Collaborate with business stakeholders to seek out opportunities to add value from data through Data Science.
