This position is a limited duration role scheduled to end on December 31, 2026, preferably based in Cincinnati, Ohio, but open for remote locations within or outside of the United States of America. The MedTech Surgery organization was recently established to combine Ethicon’s market-leading surgical portfolio with the Robotics & Digital Solutions portfolio. The MedTech Surgical organization is comprised of: Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery, Endo Mechanical and Energy, OTTAVA (Surgical Robotics), MONARCH (Flexible Robotics), and MedTech Digital. The Portfolio Lead, Portfolio Transformation, GSM, reports to the Portfolio Transformation DRI, GSM, Endomech and Energy. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: **Key Responsibilities** + Track and report progress on execution and KPIs, and recommend additional or mitigation plans as appropriate + Collaborate with cross-functional and regional partners to plan, implement and track the plan + Lead disco communication toolkit development with central team and deployment to regions + Own and lead updating master product SKU list + Develop portfolio management required document for regional input and gain leadership approval + Represent GSM in cross-functional portfolio management execution team **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Experience:** + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with strong foundation in business acumen and strategic thinking to drive portfolio management + A minimum of 5+ years of progressive business experience in roles that demonstrate increasing responsibility and expertise in relevant areas such as product marketing and execution + Exceptional leadership and experience of leading flawless execution and delivering results + Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of presenting ideas clearly, persuasively, and effectively with data to diverse audiences + Outstanding marketing experience of developing strategic recommendations with the ability to interpret complex data, identify commonalities and differences among regional insights, and synthesize insights into actionable strategies + Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise with a demonstrated ability to achieve business results by influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority + Resiliency to work in a highly matrixed organization with people with diverse background and expertise and deliver results + Adaptability to work with frequent changes and quickly revisit priorities of projects + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in successfully optimizing product portfolio without disrupting the base business in medical device industry + Knowledge of Endomech landscape (ex. Market, customer, competitors, products) The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
