Portfolio management and finance operations professional (m/w/d)

As a portfolio management professional, you will play a key role in managing investments in Private Equity Funds, investment funds, and listed equities throughout their entire lifecycle.Your Role in Shaping Our Success:

Your Contributions to Our Team will include:

Drive Strategic Investment Success : Overseeing the complete investment lifecycle, from organizing commercial and legal due diligence (including compliance and KYC/AML) to preparing reports for the Investment Committee. Your active participation in committees and conducting annual performance analyses will be essential. Master the Art of Portfolio Management: Handling capital calls, distributions, and corporate actions while ensuring efficient data management using Frontinvest. Elevate Our Liquidity Strategies: Managing the company’s overall liquidity, including liquidity forecasting and executing foreign exchange trades as needed. Shape the Future with Insightful Reporting: Preparing monthly Net Asset Value reports for Siemens Group reporting, along with various ad hoc reports that include strategic recommendations. Financial Accounting Support: Providing expertise to the CFO regarding asset-related accounting inquiries and performing asset reconciliations. Collaborate for Legal and Compliance Excellence: Preparing legal documents, assisting tax advisors with return preparations, and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders. Innovate Through Exciting Project Opportunities: Participating in diverse projects, bringing your expertise to our dynamic team.  

What We’re Looking For:

A solid background in business administration, focusing on asset management and accounting/finance. Prior experience in portfolio management, particularly in Private Equity Fund investments, ideally within an investment company or fund administration. Familiarity with fund administration tools, preferably Frontinvest. Strong financial and accounting acumen (LuxGAAP and IFRS) is essential. Experience in generating reports in Excel and PowerPoint, working with data from various sources. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous exposure to legal, compliance, regulatory, and tax-related matters is a plus. Proficiency in both English and German.
