We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer
In this role, you will be:
Portfolio Management - supporting preparation, review and presentation of portfolio level status reporting for all the key programmes by working closely with other PMOs, TPMs, Service Line leads and Vendor Manager. Support preparing milestone reports and reports for various governance forums.Finances and Budget Planning and Management - Support the Annual Operating Planning cycle, tracking of finances (budgets, forecast, actuals, latest estimates, and variances monthly) and implementation of measures to correct activities outside of plans.Manage permanent, contract recruitment activities across the team including reporting of progress on all open roles. Working in close collaboration with IT COO and recruitment.Support maintaining purchase orders and related accruals for 3rd party suppliers.Prepare of high-quality, engaging communication and celebrate success materials for the portfolio.Help organize and coordinate logistics and materials for Town Halls and Offsites.Support Product Leads and IT Service Owners to remain aligned to HSBC standards, governance and documentation requirements.Miscellaneous Portfolio Level Support - Support functions with ad hoc requestsSome careers shine brighter than others.
