Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ . Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Fall 2025 Portfolio Management Co-Op. This is a hybrid position located in Somerset, NJ and/or Titusville, NJ. The anticipated start date for this position is June 30, 2025, and the end date will be January 16, 2026. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Lead Engaging Financial Review Meetings** : Lead monthly meetings that provide valuable insights into our financial portfolio, collaborating with regional leaders to drive strategic decisions. + **Enhance Your Skills with Certification** : Actively pursue certification in LEAN methodologies, empowering you to orchestrate initiatives that cultivate process improvements and operational excellence. + **Drive Impactful Data Quality Initiatives** : Play a crucial role in improving the integrity and reliability of financial data, ensuring that our decisions are backed by accurate information. + **Monitor Budgets with Precision** : Engage in tracking budget adherence, where your analytical skills will shine in identifying trends and variances that advise future directions. + **Empower New Project Managers** : Lead the onboarding experience for new Project Managers, equipping them with knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and contribute to team success. + **Streamline Data Management** : Coordinate key data management processes during financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and clarity in our financial reporting. + **Transform Data Visualization** : Identify and implement innovative improvements in Power BI to improve data visualization and reporting. **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship. + Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College program throughout the duration of the internship. + Major in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Business major + Strong technical and analytical skills. + Strong communication skills. + Creative and strategic mentality. + Development-focused with a willingness to network and engage in ongoing career conversations. + Advanced in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. + Ability to quickly learn new systems & applications. + Available to work between the hours of 8 AM-5 PM ET without course conflicts. + Ability to report to Somerset and/or Titusville at least 3 days/week with remote work 2 days/week (Must be on-site at FDC in Somerset on Wednesdays). + Proficient in English. **Preferred:** + Experience in Power BI and/or Tableau. + Previous Co-Op and/or Internship experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
